2. Description of Services

junkdpietr provides audio and video equipment rental, equipment sales, studio hire, and production services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Monthly equipment rental packages
• Equipment purchase and rent-to-own programmes
• Studio booking and hire
• On-location filming services
• Technical consultation and training

3. User Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals and businesses located in the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Account and Booking

When you submit a booking enquiry or enter into a service agreement with us:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You agree to maintain and update your information as necessary
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials
• You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Equipment Rental Terms

5.1 Rental Period

The minimum rental period is 3 months. After the initial period, rentals continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled with 30 days written notice.

5.2 Equipment Care

You agree to:

• Use all equipment only for its intended purpose
• Keep equipment in a safe, dry, and secure location
• Not modify, alter, or attempt to repair equipment
• Report any damage, malfunction, or theft immediately
• Return equipment in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted)

5.3 Insurance

All rental equipment is covered by our insurance policy against accidental damage, theft, and malfunction during normal use. Wilful damage, negligence, or misuse is not covered and may result in additional charges.

5.4 Equipment Return

Upon termination of your rental agreement, equipment must be returned within 7 days. We will arrange collection at no additional cost. Failure to return equipment may result in continued billing and/or additional charges.

6. Payment Terms

• Rental payments are due monthly in advance
• One-off services require payment upon booking or as specified
• We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfer
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Rental Cancellation

You may cancel your rental agreement after the initial 3-month period with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply during the initial period.

7.2 Studio and Service Cancellation

• More than 7 days before: Full refund
• 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before: No refund

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of junkdpietr or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold junkdpietr harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Interfere with the operation of our website or services
